Dress your dog in fashion, dress your dog in denim! Deni is such a part of our everyday lives that you don’t even notice it anymore. How many pairs of jeans, denim jackets, or shirts are in your closet? I have to admit, I don’t dare count. And yet, there are hardly any denim accessories for dogs, are there? That’s exactly what I thought, and that’s why I added denim to our range with my dog fashion brand, Momoselle. In addition to our dark Autumn denim outfit, you can also take a look at our Dreamy Denim dog outfit – everything here is a bit lighter and, therefore, ideal for spring – but denim always works.
Dress your dog
I dress and style my dog! In summer, spring, autumn and winter – but always according to the season. My miniature poodle, Burberry Balenciaga, is a real dog model and a dog fashionista. She loves being the center of attention, she loves posing and being photographed. Poodles are one of the dog breeds without an undercoat, which means that in autumn, winter, and even on cold spring days, my dog gets cold quickly. She starts to shiver, doesn’t want to go out, and we’ve already had a cold. That doesn’t have to happen, so Burberry gets a jacket, a sweater, or a shirt.
But you can also create a fantastic outfit with dog harnesses, bandanas, collars, and a leash. We enjoy it, both of us (my dog and I!), and as long as it doesn’t restrict Burberry, I don’t see why it should be bad. Without this hobby, there would be no magazine, YouTube channel, or Burberry on Instagram or TikTok. And somehow that would be a shame, wouldn’t it?
But back to the actual topic of this article, we have once again styled a great everyday look for your dog. Autumn Denim, the perfect dog outfit for autumn and everyday life. Because denim is durable, dirt-resistant, easy to clean and always fits!
Autumn Denim
Our outfit today consists of your dog sweater because even if the sun is shining, it is bitterly cold here in Italy! A dog sweater is urgently needed; of course, it is from Momoselle. The entire outfit is from Momoselle, by the way. The shop is currently closed because I am on the road, at Lake Maggiore, in Switzerland and in Germany. I will reopen the shop in spring and announce the launch date soon.
Our dog sweater is a wild color mix of dark blue, green, and white. I love this color gradient wool, you never know what the dog sweater will look like until it is finally finished. Over the dog sweater is a dog harness made of dark blue denim. This is the Blue Blood Silver version from the Pretty Rich collection. To match the harness, there is also a collar, leash, and dog bandana. But everything together would be a bit too much and also dull, so we decided on a collar and leash from another set. In keeping with our denim motto, the collar and leash are also made of denim, dark blue with a black leopard print. The shiny lacquer coating in the shape of snakeskin is particularly special. Yes, it is something very special. The set is called Nightmare Animal from the Fake Weed collection. Unfortunately, there are only collars and leashes here.
The daily dog style
Autumn Denim is a great everyday look for daily walks or a trip into town. We are out and about every day and get ready every day for the regular grooming because poodle curls get matted very quickly. Burberry also has long hair, which always has to be tied back. She should also be able to see something and not have to live behind a curtain of hair. It’s warm at home, so Burberry runs around naked. But outside (in summer) we need at least a collar and a leash, which is logical. Dress your dog, because fashion is fun and styling is a hobby that brings people together!
